You do not need to rent on a weekly basis, but the rental period has to be minimum one week. The rental period always starts on a Saturday. For longer rental periods please contact us for a special deal.
Price groups for Villa 50 in Southern Italy
A: Autumn, winter and spring: 15th November – 31st March –€ 550,- per week
B: Early Summer: 31st March – 23th June – € 650 per week
C: Midsummer: 23th June – 1st September – € 780 per week
D: Late summer: 1st September – 3rd November – € 650 per week

Prices do not include electricity
The Deposit is EUR 250,00. The deposit is paid in advance, and refunded after deduction of charges for electricity and cleaning.
