Our holiday home in Calabria, Southern Italy

Our plot is the biggest in the project, about 500 square meters, distributed over four levels and with three terraces – all three with an ocean view. As the house is on top of the hill and at the perimeter, there is a panorama view over the Ionian Sea on the one side, and mountains and olive plantations on the other. The three terraces are about 100 square meters in all, each with their own view. As the house is so high up, and far away from the road, there is peace and quiet and no noise from traffic. The house is 110 square meters and in two levels. There is also a garage under the house.

The house consists of:

Kitchen/alcove and living room with sliding doors leading to a covered terrace and outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery for 10 persons. Kitchen machinery includes dishwasher, espresso machine and oven. The living room has comfortable, good quality furniture.

3 large bedrooms with double beds and good quality mattresses and lots of cupboard space. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace. All of the rooms have a sea view or view of the mountains.

In the house can easily sleep 6 persons.

2 good bathrooms with shower, combination toilet and washing machine.

Other information:

Heating with radiators in all rooms and air conditioning in all rooms.

Outdoor furniture on all three terraces: Dining tables and chairs, sun beds and deck chairs with cushions. Garden has three terraces with natural slate tiles, and olive trees on two levels.

Four mountain bikes and helmets.
